Der Kaffee war ausserordentlich gut. Auch der junge Herr an der Theke war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie haben auch ein hervorragendes Angebot für Personen mit Laktoseintolleranz. Werde ich für meinen nächsten Besuch in Basel bestimmt im Hinterkopf behalten. Vielen Dank! :)

Dieses Café ist ein wahrer Genuss! Die Kaffeespezialitäten sind exzellent und sehr köstlich. Die gemütliche Atmosphäre lädt zum Verweilen ein, und das freundliche Personal sorgt für ein rundum angenehmes Erlebnis. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Mein Mann hat am 31.07.2025 am Nachmittag um 15:39 Uhr einen Espresso bestellt und mit Karte bezahlt. Da er in Eile war, überprüfte er den Betrag nicht. Der Espresso kostete 405.00. Eine Telefonnummer gibt es nicht, um die Sache zu klären. Ärgerlich! Nachtrag vom 19.08.2025 Es ist mir sehr wichtig klarzustellen, dass wir die Angelegenheit mit Herrn Özgü klären konnten. Er hat sich bei uns für das Versehen entschuldigt und uns den Betrag ohne Diskussion per Twint zurückerstattet. Ich hätte obigen Kommentar somit löschen können. Aber ich finde, das Verhalten von Herrn Özgü vom Cafe Zula und diese sehr unkomplizierte Art und Weise die Sache zu klären, so toll, dass ich denke, das sagt mehr aus als den Kommentar zu löschen. Bester Chai Latte in Basel! Den Chai kann man sowohl warm wie auch kalt bestellen und bekommt einen sehr grossen Becher für den Preis. Die Inhaber sind sehr sympathisch und gastfreundlich. Vorallem finde ich es sehr wertvoll, dass sie darauf achten das die Kaffeebohnen aus guten Arbeitsbedingungen kommen.

Even though it's situated in the middle of traffic by default (in a railway station) and you only have an enclosed view, I can easily turn this spot into my Sunday morning happy place. The cappuccino is exquisite, the music a caress, and the staff exceptionally and genuinely welcoming. I appreciated the blankets on the chairs, to make for the very high ceiling room that unavoidably is hard to maintain warm. Thank you for how you make me feel at your place. PS: Also impressed by the cleanness and ambiance (yes, that's right!) of the... restroom
